I am serial entrepreneur with 10+ years experience at ventures in Edutainment, Tourism and Events with strong expertise in Marketing and International Business.

As co-founder and director of MICE Capital Agency I often find myself on business trips all over the world, so I empirically I know how to organize complex events and avoid the pitfalls.

We make complex logistics and event organization easy for the client: what is a headache for you, that is a process for us that has been working out over the years.

Over last 8 years I had been both organizing complex client-side events at an international company and managing the corporate event agency, which had the main clients such as Danone, Intel, NES, Ikea, Alfa-Capital, TCS and others. I have created and now run a boutique travel agency PAM Travel and tour operator in Latin America, based in Buenos Aires.

I have visited 60+ countries and I have been on all continents. I speak three languages every day at work, and I often first need to determine the country in response to a question "where are you?".

I believe that you can find a common language with everyone. I believe that properly organized corporate travel is the best way for non-financial motivation and even an investment, but not an expense.
